This is an action for damages and personal injuries that resulted from an accident which occurred on February 8, 1964 in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

The plaintiffs are Mrs. Martha Reno Berry and her husband Foster C. Berry. Mrs. Berry seeks damages for personal injuries to herself. Mr. Berry seeks recovery for special damages incurred by him individually, and as administrator of the estate of his minor son, Wesley H. Berry, for injuries sustained...
