OTIS, Justice.

Defendant township of Pine Island appeals from an order denying judgment n. o. v. or a new trial in an action for death by wrongful act. The jury awarded plaintiff a verdict of $25,000. The action was predicated on defendant's failure properly to maintain a warning sign at the approach to a T-intersection which plaintiff alleges caused the death of decedent when he was unable to negotiate the corner, went off the highway, and was thrown...
