A fire destroyed a store and garage building owned by Hobert Debusk and his wife, who sued Texaco, Inc., and Pat Bonfield, alleging that the fire and consequent damages resulted from negligence of Texaco and Bonfield. The Debusks obtained verdict and judgment in the sum of $9,900, and Texaco and Bonfield appeal.
