McWILLIAMS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The chancellor, Raine, J., declared the contract between the parties for the sale of realty "to be rescinded and null and void" because it had been entered into on a Sunday; 19 March 1967 to be exact. Oddly enough the contract would have been perfectly valid and enforceable had they postponed its execution until the first day of June, 74 days later.
