This matter was appealed from a decree of the Circuit Court of Pike County, in Equity, which upheld a final assessment of the Alabama Department of Revenue. This assessment, dated November 18, 1968, was in the amount of $1,841.19 with interest, and was for tax years from June 1, 1965, through May 31, 1968.
