On November 6, 1967, a complaint was filed against appellee LeRoy Schrock in which he was charged with the offense of operating a motor vehicle upon the streets of Fairbanks while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.1 After court trial to the district judge, appellee was found guilty of the crime of "Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor." Appellee was sentenced to 15 days...
