Plaintiffs contend that the trial court erred in granting defendant's motion for nonsuit for that (1) the defendant's negligence in causing the fire was sufficiently established by circumstantial evidence, and (2) the evidence was sufficient to show that defendant was negligent in causing damage substantially greater than would have been the case had due care been used in the handling and storage of the lacquer.
