WOOD, District Judge.

Relator was found guilty by a jury of burglary and rape on July 6, 1967. His motions for arrest of judgment and new trial were dismissed, and he was sentenced to a term of not less than 10 nor more than 20 years on each sentence, the terms to run concurrently.
