This appeal is from the Patent Office Board of Appeals decision affirming the examiner's rejection of two claims1 of appellant's application2 as unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. 103, claim 1 being rejected on Thomas3 in view of Pierce4 and claim 9 being rejected on the same combination of references further in view of Ford.
