NEWTON, Justice.

This is an action to recover for personal injuries alleged to have been occasioned by a defective sidewalk. On trial to a jury, a verdict was found for plaintiff; subsequently, defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict was sustained and judgment entered for defendant. We affirm that judgment.
