This is an interlocutory appeal taken by the defendant below to review an order of the trial court which denied defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction over the person, and also denied defendant's motion to quash service of process. The action arose from a personal injury allegedly incurred by the plaintiff on the premises of the defendant's store.
