November 10, 1966, defendant pleaded guilty to a charge of obtaining money under false pretenses contrary to MCLA § 750.218 (Stat Ann 1962 Rev § 28.415). September 18, 1967, defendant was placed on probation for two years and the part of the probation order pertinent to present decision reads:

"Restitution and terms to be determined at later date. * * *
