Each of these appeals challenges an order which requires a consolidated jury trial of a longshoreman's diversity suit for damages against the owners of a ship, upon which he allegedly was negligently injured, with the shipowner's consequent separate suit in admiralty for indemnity against the longshoreman's employer, a stevedoring company with which the shipowner had contracted...
