This is a civil action wherein the plaintiffs seek to enjoin the Cranston Redevelopment Agency and the city of Cranston from proceeding with an urban renewal project which had been approved by the city council. The case was heard by a justice of the superior court on an agreed statement of facts. Certain municipal records relating to the project were made part of the record.
