This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Maricopa County Superior Court in favor of the appellees (plaintiffs) holding the appellant Tri-State Insurance Company liable on its motor vehicle dealer's bond which was issued to defendant Advance Mobile Homes, in compliance with § 28-1305, subsec. B, A.R.S. The court also gave Tri-State judgment against Allen and Beverly Stacy, indemnitors on the bond, and denied judgment against one J.R...
