Gordon Boone was admitted to the Bar of Maryland in 1937 and practiced law in Baltimore County until he was convicted of mail fraud in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland on March 5, 1964. On the following day, he addressed a letter to the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County in which he tendered his resignation as a member of the Bar and requested passage by the judges...
