Howard Scott Cunningham, a minor sixteen years of age, was found to be a delinquent child in a proceeding before the Stark County juvenile court. The court found that Cunningham had possessed and sold marijuana to Beauchamp, another minor, age seventeen, on Sunday, June 9, 1968. The court also found that Cunningham's parents, who were made parties to the proceedings and were present at the hearings...
