Plaintiff appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing his application for a preliminary injunction prohibiting defendant school board from enforcing a regulation barring married high school students from participation in extra-curricular school activities, athletics in particular. The lower court granted plaintiff a suspensive appeal pursuant to LSA-C.C.P. Article 3612. We find no error in the judgment of the trial court and affirm the result...
