Appellant's sole assignment of error is that the trial court erred "in that it is unable to furnish the defendant with a transcript of his trial so that he may be able to effectively perfect his appeal." Following the trial the judge of superior court, upon finding defendant to be indigent, appointed the same attorney who had represented him at his trial to represent defendant in connection with this appeal.
