SWANN, Judge.

The appellant, John B. Vaughn, appeals from a conviction for violation of probation and his sentence to three consecutive life terms of imprisonment for three separate robberies.

It appears that Vaughn originally pled guilty to the charge of committing three separate robberies. He was sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary for each robbery conviction. The three sentences were to run consecutively making a total of twelve (12) years...
