This is a civil action brought to recover damages for injuries sustained by the plaintiff as the result of a collision between two motor vehicles. The case was tried to a jury in the Superior Court, a verdict was returned for the plaintiff in the amount of $5,000 plus interest and costs, and judgment entered therefor.
