This interlocutory appeal brings for our review a bitter trial history involving the divorced parents' custodial rights to their minor daughter. The original divorce action was instituted in 1966 by the husband-appellant and the wife was defendant therein. At the conclusion of that proceeding, the Chancellor awarded temporary child custody to the maternal grandparents. Sometime thereafter, the husband learned that the child had been removed to New Jersey...
