PER CURIAM.

Appellant was informed against on the charge of robbery and was tried before a jury which found him guilty as charged. He was sentenced to a period of twenty-five years in the state penitentiary. At all times he was represented by the public defender. Appellant subsequently filed a motion to vacate judgment and sentence pursuant to CrPR 1.850, 33 F.S.A. The trial judge held an adversary hearing with the defendant present and represented by the public defender...
