ONION, Judge.

This appeal is from a conviction for murder without malice upon an indictment charging murder with malice. The punishment of 2 years' confinement was assessed by the court after a jury verdict of guilty.

At the outset appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain her conviction.
