Anthony H. Jamroz, Jr., was charged with manslaughter with a motor vehicle pursuant to the provisions of MCLA § 750.321 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.553). The defendant was convicted in the traffic and ordinance division of the recorder's court of Detroit and was placed on probation for five years, ordered not to drive for that period, and required to pay $750 costs and a $750 fine.
