Plaintiff Henry Matthews had a rebuilt transmission installed in his automobile on July 26, 1966, by defendant Istrouma Motors & Transmissions. The transmission was guaranteed by defendant for 90 days. According to plaintiff's testimony, the transmission heated up and vibrated during the time it was in his car.
