OPINION
KELLEHER, Justice.
This is an appeal by a resident of Massachusetts from a decree of the family court denying and dismissing her petition which was instituted pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the reciprocal enforcement of support act.
The parties to this proceeding were married in Chelsea, Massachusetts on Valentine's Day, February 14, 1953. They resided together in that city for almost nine years. No children were born of this marriage...
