This case, involving an action for an accounting brought by one member of a partnership against the other, comes to the writer by a recent reassignment. The chancellor entered a judgment in favor of plaintiff for $5,040.16, together with interest of $2,236.33, or a total of $7,276.49, and defendant appealed.
