Plaintiff, Santelle Ardoin, instituted this action for damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by him as the result of a collision between a pick-up truck being driven by Ardoin and a tractor-trailer combination owned by Wheeling Pipe Lines, Inc., and being driven by its employee, Doyle Vickers.
