Charles Dill, Helen Dill, and Michele A. Dill, a minor, by her next friend and father, Charles Dill, brought an action against Mary Guthrie and Sam E. Guthrie seeking recovery for injuries arising out of an automobile collision which occurred on August 25, 1967. The action was brought on April 8, 1969.
