Joe Johnson brought an action for personal injuries against Mobile Crane Co., hereinafter referred to as Mobile. Mobile appeals from a jury verdict in favor of Johnson.

Error is assigned to the court's refusal to submit the issue of Johnson's contributory negligence to the jury and conversely to the action of the court in submitting the issue of Mobile's negligence to the jury. Mobile also complains of several evidentiary rulings of the trial court...
