Lawrence M. Hallihan by this appeal from a judgment of guilty of murder in the first degree and a sentence of life imprisonment urges the following three points as grounds for reversal:

1. Did the trial court err in systematically excluding all prospective jurors who expressed conscientious scruples that would prevent them from finding the appellant guilty of an offense that carried with it capital punishment?
