OPINION ON MOTION TO REINSTATE APPEAL

DOUGLAS, Judge.

An appeal was dismissed for lack of a sentence; the record now contains a sentence and the appeal is reinstated.

The conviction is for robbery by assault; the punishment, ninety-nine years.
