This case is another example of one in which the conviction must be set aside because the prosecution did not meet its burden of establishing that procedures were followed by the police which assure that an individual is accorded his privilege under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States not to be compelled to incriminate himself. The necessary procedures were spelled out with specificity in Miranda...
