The Nebraska State Railway Commission reopened its proceedings and, upon reconsideration, granted the alternative application of John E. Neylon, doing business as Neylon Bros. Freight Lines, to extend his authority to permit statewide irregular route operation, which had previously been denied. Protestants have appealed.
