This is a proceeding to declare void the marriage of the defendant, Odessa Kay Kelly Andrews, to one Clarence C. Andrews, on the ground that he was "senile and feeble-minded" at the time the marriage was consummated. The ceremony was performed on October 23, 1965. Mr. Andrews died intestate on December 20, 1966. He left surviving him no child or children or descendants of any child or children. His legal heirs were the defendant as his surviving...
