This is a petition for certiorari to review the appointment of a guardian ad litem to represent Charles M. Perkins. The appointment was made in a civil action brought in the superior court against Perkins and others by Rhode Island Hospital Trust Company acting in its capacity as trustee under an inter vivos revocable trust.
