Appellant's main point on appeal is that her constitutional right to a speedy trial was denied by the granting of various continuances.

The pertinent facts are contained in the testimony of the complaining witness and the police officers. The complaining witness testified that he went to the Nevada Tavern and "had a couple beers" and eventually became engaged in a conversation with appellant...
