This case is submitted on the people's motion to affirm. Defendant was convicted by a jury of the crime of armed robbery in violation of MCLA § 750.529 (Stat Ann 1968 Cum Supp § 28.797) and was sentenced to serve 8 to 25 years in prison. On appeal, defendant contends that there was insufficient evidence to support the jury verdict of guilty.
