PER CURIAM:

Caggiano appeals from a conviction upon one count of an indictment charging him with aiding and abetting the smuggling of marihuana into the United States in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 176a and 18 U.S.C. § 2.

Caggiano's principal contention on appeal is that the uncorroborated testimony of his accomplice was the basis of the Government's case against him and that such testimony is inadequate to sustain his conviction. From our examination...
