IRWIN, Judge:

Respondent redetermined a deficiency in income tax of the petitioner for the taxable year 1964 in the amount of $473.35. The only issue presented is whether petitioner is entitled to reduce income from wagering by losses claimed to have occurred during the taxable year 1964.1
