The appellants, Herbert Horne and Ila Christine Horne, on their own behalf and on behalf of their minor daughter, Judy Horne, brought suit against the appellee, the Town of Moorhead, Mississippi, for the wrongful death of their eighteen-year-old son, Kenneth Horne, in the Circuit Court of Sunflower County. The jury brought in a verdict for the appellee, the Town of Moorhead, and the Hornes appeal.
