The case sub judice was begun in the Police Court, City of Greenville, Mississippi, on June 27, 1966. Charges were brought against the petitioner, Willie Capler, for driving while intoxicated on June 25, 1966. The petitioner plead not guilty but was found guilty by the Court and fined $100.00 plus cost.
