This is an original proceeding for a writ in the nature of mandamus to require the district court of Eagle County to furnish petitioner Sherbondy a transcript of his arraignment proceedings and trial. We issued an order to show cause why the transcript should not be furnished. The Attorney General has responded for the distict court, and the matter is now at issue.
