OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE ROBERTS, January 15, 1969:

Appellant, while represented by court-appointed counsel, entered a plea of guilty to murder generally and, after hearing evidence, the court found him guilty of second degree murder. Appellant subsequently was unsuccessful in two habeas corpus proceedings, one of which reached this Court, Commonwealth ex rel. Wakeley v. Myers, 421 Pa. 18
