This appeal arises out of a lawsuit filed to recover for personal injuries sustained when Mrs. Verda Rhodes (hereinafter plaintiff) fell while shopping in the appellee's self-service market. The case was originally tried in the superior court of Pima County and a directed verdict was granted the defendant supermarket at the end of the plaintiff's case.
