This is an action brought by Lucille Steffen, Executrix of the Estate of Paul B. Steffen, against Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company to recover benefits claimed to be due the estate of Paul B. Steffen for hospital, medical and surgical expenses furnished said Paul B. Steffen, an insured under the policy.
