This is a motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) to transfer this action to the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Defendants, the moving party, contend that the case should be transferred because the key witnesses and the largest number of witnesses reside in Pennsylvania and the accident occurred there.
