From a judgment in favor of plaintiffs against defendants, Grambling Investments, Inc., and Herman Harrison, in solido, defendant Grambling Investments, Inc., was granted orders of suspensive and devolutive appeal. A devolutive appeal was perfected by the filing of an appropriate bond.
