This is an appeal by plaintiff John Leggett from a summary judgment in favor of defendants The Di Giorgio Corporation, Di Giorgio Fruit Corporation and J. Stewart Harrison.

Plaintiff Leggett brought this action for false arrest and imprisonment and damages caused him thereby.
